Scarce UK 1st edition, 2nd printing of Out of Africa by Karen Blixen (USA pseudonym Isak Dinensen). (The 1st UK publication was in 1937 and the common 1st USA edition by Random House in 1938). Original maroon cloth boards with gilt lettering on the spine. Minimal wear to the boards and clean contents throughout the book. The unclipped dust jacket has lightly faded spine colour and internal tape repair to the internal top of the spine and front fold. Previous owners stamp on the front pastedown. 8vo 416pp.
