300 pp. Hardcover, bound in gilt-tooled full blue morocco, all edges gilt, by Donnelly, Chicago (possibly the work of Alfred De Sauty, who was there 1923-1935), the front panel inset with a hand-painted miniature signed by Saintet. The text block with marginal tanning and some nicks to the fore-edge. The binding lightly rubbed with minor loss of gilt.
