First Edition second state C binding. A complete copy with all 24 plates present including the rare Dorothy color plate between page 14 and 15. The spine has the publisher's GEO.M HILL CO in red ink with the "O" inside of the "C". The book spine is faded and has been re-backed. The binding is tight and all 259 pages in the book are present. The endpapers have been replaced. The pages are clean with a previous owner's name written on the page before the title page. A very good copy of this First Edition bound in the ORIGINAL publisher's cloth.
