Octavo. "First edition, Second printing, April, 1968" as indicated on the copyright page. Original green boards with white title on the spine. Pictorial dust jacket priced at $5.95, with two lines of text at the bottom of the back flap. The book is in very good condition: spine ends and corners are slightly bumped with minor wear, and there is some spotting at the bottom of the text block. A private library embossed stamp is present on the front free endpaper (ffep). The dust jacket shows wear along the edges, particularly at the top, with small areas of loss and small tears and a 1-inch tear along the spine. The book remains in very good shape. The binding is tight, the boards are crisp, and the pages are clean with no writing or bookplates. A very good copy.

About Dune (British Edition)

Dune, Frank Herbert's monumental epic of a young man's growth to superhuman power on the desert planet Arrakis, is often considered one of the greatest science fiction novels of all time. It's a tale of intrigue, betrayal, and survival in a world where the economics of a spice called melange dictates the ebb and flow of human destiny.
