In this deluxe edition additions to the book includes a three page author's introduction dated 2001; a four-page afterword by director Mick Gariss, who had eollaborated with King on 'The Stand' miniseries, entitled 'The Shining and Me;, and then a 30-page plus early draft of the story, entitled, 'The Shine.' A very fine, unread copy in d.j., and traycased.

About The Shining
