A very fine copy book is like new, the red Dust jacket is faded on the spine and turning into the front cover which is creased, some edge wear , rear inside flap has a large tear going up, but all looks good in a clear removable sleeve .

'The North Ship' is Larkin's first poetry collection, originally published in 1945 and including revised editions in the following years. It indicates the early exploration of his major themes and stylistic approach.
