A 75,000 print order was made for the first edition (as opposed to the usual 10,000 order for a debut novel) and the book became a bestseller. Original printed translucent dustwrapper is very good+  with slightly rubbing, one almost unvisible small white dot in the upper area of the front panel and miniscule creasing at top of spine of dw.
