It has only light soil and a hint of roughness along the edges, a tiny closed marginal tear on the rear panel, and gives a near fine appearance. The first compilation of White's Arthurian saga, comprising 'The Sword in the Stone' (with two new chapters), 'The Witch in the Wood' (rewritten and renamed 'The Queen of Air and Darkness', and (largely unaltered) 'The ill-Made Knight'. Finishing off the tale is the first printing of 'The Castle in the Wind'. .
