Large folio (16 5/8"). Illustrated with 15 drawings by Balthus (Count Balthazar Klossowski de Rola) and printed by lithography on fine Japanese paper, in brown-toned black ink by Bruce Porter at the Trestle Editions in Manhattan and mounted on Arches paper, the paper watermarked with the actual coat-of-arms of the family Klossowski de Rola. Printed in the "Dante" type cut by Giovanni Mardersteig for his Officina Bodoni. Bound at the Jovonis Studio in full gray-green goatskin with cover title in brown. LEC monthly letter laid in.

About Wuthering Heights

Wuthering Heights is Emily Brontë's only novel. Written between October 1845 and June 1846, it was published in 1847 under the pseudonym Ellis Bell. The novel is set on the Yorkshire moors and follows the turbulent relationship between Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff, an orphan taken in by Catherine's father.
