VG Second Edition, first impression of this influential cookbook. the VG dustjacket has been attached to the boards with clear adhesive wrap.spine ends are a little pushed, some light staining to the text block edges, pages slightly tanned & PO name to fep. but this is a very decent copy.signed by the author to the title page.

This was Elizabeth David's first book, which introduced post-war Britain to the rich flavors and ingredients of Mediterranean cuisine.
