(21 x 14 cm) Bound by Truslove & Hanson (Clifford Street, Bond Street) in contemporary half sky blue morocco over blue cloth boards, spines with raised bands, gilt-framed compartments, and red morocco label, marbled endpapers, all edges gilt. Title-pages printed in red and black. Frontispiece to each volume and further illustrations throughout Some light shelfwear and occasional light foxing, generally a very good set. Includes the Index & Supplemental Pepysiana volumes. Truslove & Hanson was a minor independent publishing firm that ran a number of fashionable bookshops in the West End of London. They also printed personalized stationery and bookplates, offered a bookbinding service, and acted as London agents for the State Library of New South Wales.
