There is no mention of the Pulitzer Prize anywhere on the DJ. As for the book, it is tight and clean. Binding and hinges are strong and sound. Endpapers are bright and clean. Cream paper-covered boards quarterbound in purple cloth; stamped in silver. Faint, light toning along top edge of panel. Faint discoloration along bottom front edge. DJ is pristine; in fine condition. first edition, first printing in first state DJ; with a signed bookplate laid-in. VG+/Fine.
