1st edition. 304 pages + advert page. good condition hardback in the original first issue blue cloth binding and dust-jacket. foxing to fore-edge and some very light foxing to title-page and outer edge of some pages. light fading to spine, heavier to top and foot where there is loss to the jacket. otherwise the binding is in good bright condition. a slight forward lean. the Rowland Hilder designed dust-jacket has a 1cm and 2cm loss respectively at top and foot of the spine and 4cm closed tear at foot of spine, a few edge chips and nicks and the top edge is dust-soiled. otherwise complete and not price-clipped.
