Complete set of the American version of Moorcock's monumental Eternal Champion series, in which beings are "doomed to live forever in a thousand incarnations", balancing the forces of Law and Chaos. Published between 1994 and 2000, the series collects most of Moorcock's novels & stories related to the Eternal Champion theme, with some revision and new introductions by the author; many include material not previously published in America or in hardcover. The other titles are Corum: The Prince With the Silver Hand; Legends From the End of Time; Earl Aubec and Other Stories; Count Brass. All are hardcover in jacket, as pictured; all but Roads Between the Worlds state they are the first hardcover printing or have a full number string - we think Roads is a first, just with a design oversight. All show very minor signs of use, seemingly unread, with minor edgewear, a few scuffs & dents, hints of creasing, one or two corners lightly bumped; near fine; the page edges of Earl Aubec are lightly tanned.
