Grubby first blank has been restored, half title spotted, grubby portrait frontis; this significant foxing continues to page xvi. Contents thereon clean apart from occasional finger marks and some leaking from aforementioned stain to top edge. Grubbiness and spotting return to the last 30 pages. Pp (2), xlviii, 13-372.
