Bound in brown cloth with gilt lettering. There were 2500 copies printed which quickly sold out. 322 pages with title page in red and black. Housed in a beautiful slipcase, 1/4 brown leather with gilt lettering and raised bands. This copy appears unread, tight, square with no marks and perfect gilt lettering.
