Gift inscription by Eisenhower to former owner on half-title. Handwritten note signed by Mamie Eisenhower, plus newspaper clippings and a photo of unidentified family are laid-in Very good with bumped edges and rubbed label, slightly affecting text. Covers have a few faint stains. Small, light moisture stain on head of first few pages, but otherwise clean interior Good with lightly chipped edges and a few tiny, closed tears. Spine is slightly faded, but front panel that features oil portrait of Eisenhower in military dress is clean and bright.
