HARDBACK - A near fine or better book bound in the publisher's blue boards with bright gilt lettering to the spine. Internally the book is free of any previous owner names or inscriptions. Affectionately inscribed by the author to the blank second page. The inscription reads TO TILLY AND SUSIE / WITH LOVE FROM / DODIE SMITH / 1967 There is some mild foxing to the top page block. The inner text is very clean indeed and very lightly read. The neatly price clipped dust wrapper is in fine condition with no loss or tears and with vivid colours to the front and rear panels. A most attractive title.
