I quite agree with you that a very interesting book could be written on the subject you suggest, but I feel that it would need enormous research into the activities which have actually been carried out already by women and that I therefore should not be qualified to write it. It would be much more the subject for somebody like Mrs.Strachey who wrote a history of the women's movement called "The Cause". I am afraid that Mrs. Strachey has recently died.
