First edition, fourth printing, hardcover, few brief passages underlined and few marginal marks to early part of text, book has been stored too close to a fireplace and has a slight odor of woodsmoke and some darkening to page edges at top with lighter darkening to the fore-edge, slight lean, light shelfwear, very slight wrinkle to top edge of front endpaper, otherwise solid, a Near Very Good copy in black cloth with gilt spine title.
