A detailed and comprehensive map, published in the 'Weekly Dispatch Atlas' by John Dower for Edward Weller. Each country is highlighted in a different colour. The map covers an area from Venezuela in the south to Greenland and the Arctic Circle in the north. Size: 660 x 480 mm. Lithograph with original outine colour and some later hand colouring. Minor creasing, central fold as issued, slight soiling, otherwise in good condition.
