The Pauline Fountain, also known as 'Il Fontanone' ( the big fountain), marks the end of the end of the acqueduct Acqua Paola, restored by Pope Paul V. It is located in the Janiculum Hill, near San Pietro in Montorio, Rome Steel engraving. Hand coloured. Fine condition.
