A lovely small map of Cheshire, produced by English publisher, bookseller and geographer; Robert Morden. These smaller format, more manageable maps, ran happily alongside Morden's earlier, celebrated work of Gibson's edition of 'Camden's Britannia', first published in 1695. Size: 195 x 250 mm. Copperplate engraving with hand colour. Map has been cleaned, and had minor marginal repairs.
