The map shows the area from the Gulf of Mexico to the Great Lakes and from Georgia in the east to New Mexico. The interior is empty of detail except for a few river courses and notes on Native American lands. Cartouche at top left. Size: 300 x 215 mm. Original copper engraving. Coloured by hand in watercolour. Very good condition. Slightly browned at edges, some light offsetting.
