Edition of 200, signed by the artist in pencil lower left, numbered lower left. In Encounter, two different people are trapped with each other. Both of them break free from which they keep each other prisoner. The pessimist, with his finger raised in warning, walks to the left. The cheerful optimist, with his hand outstretched, walks to the right. They circle round and meet in the middle, where they shake hands. Are they two different people or one and the same?
