A large and imposing map of north eastern Africa; covering the regions of Egypt, Nubia (Sudan) and Abyssinia (Ethiopia & Eritrea). Inset map of the Nile Delta and Lower Egypt. Although not a decorative map per sé, it is a pleasant map of accuracy and detail. Published in the "Weekly Dispatch Atlas". Size: 670 x 480 mm. Original lithograph with original outline colour, together with some recent colour. Very good condition.
