Decorated cartouche at top right. Decorations of water bearers and mountains stream at lower left containing an inset map of the source of the River Rhine. The map reaches from the Rhine delta at Dutch coast at top left to Lake Constance at lower right. Copper engraving. Original colour. Very good condition, good margins. XVI hand written in top right hand corner, lightly browned at edges, lower right hand corner is a little worn, not affecting map Size: 49 x 57 cm.
