John Lodge (Snr) was once apprenticed to Thomas Jefferys, and produced many maps for books and assorted magazines; including 'The Gentleman's Magazine'. This is a an attractive map of the south Atlantic Falkland Islands. In addition to the map itself, there are a number of small aspects and elevations of the islands as seen from the sea.
