This view was taken from the flagstaff on the small battery of the Signal House. The rocks stand at the South West point of the Island, at a part entitled Lot's Wife's Beach. Published in Wathen's "A Series of Views Illustrative of the Island of St.Helena". Size: 295 x 240 mm. Aquatint engraving in original colour. Good condition.
