Beautiful town plan of Ulm in the seventeenth century, showing all the main buildings (listed on lower edge of engraving). This town plan was one of many engravings originally published in Merian's Theatrum Europaeum that were incorporated into later editions of Gottfried's chronicles. Copper engraving. Uncoloured.
