An attractive map (despite its title) of Belgium, with parts of the Netherlands and France. Title cartouche at lower left. Emmanuel Bowen was one of the leading English mapmakers of the eighteenth-century, and was cartographer to both the French and English Royal Courts. From the atlas A Complete System of Geography.
