Unknown edition. In the late 1990s Hockney was pushing the boundries of art by sending images by fax machine to friends and family, in this case 16 sheets to make up a larger image. The images were not previous copies, but original works sent out for free. Hockney considered them of no value but suggesting they be framed or used to line your birdcage.
