Many of the books I will be selling can accurately be described as ranging from somewhat rare to very rare. In some cases there won't be another copy like mine for sale anywhere on the Internet. There doesn't seem much point, for you or me, in offering something that so many others are already offering. Subject matter will range very widely, creating the possibility for people with very different interests to find something that excites them. As regards pricing, my primary goal is to sell the book. Most often I would expect my book to be the least expensive option on the Internet taking into account an appropriate comparison(what is the condition, is the dust jacket present, is the book signed, is it a first printing, etc.). More important than selling the book I want to make sure that you know, as much as is possible, exactly what you are getting. To that end, you'll notice that my descriptions of condition tend to be lengthy, and that there will always be photographs to help you draw your own conclusions. You can always feel comfortable, as well, contacting me with any questions about a given book. A note to buyers outside the U.S.-the quoted shipping rates assume a package between 2 and 3 pounds in weight. Although I use Only boxes and a lot of bubble wrap, about 1/2 of the packaged books still fall below 2 pounds. When that happens the First Class shipping cost drops from around $46.00 (for most European countries) to around $30.00. There are large reductions for countries in other continents as well. So feel free to write and inquire and I can check the size/weight of the book before you decide. Even if you don't contact me I will always reduce your shipping cost after your order is placed if I can manage to pack the book up at less than 2 pounds. If that's the case, with my 'Will Ship' acceptance of your order, you will receive a revised bill with the lowered shipping cost. The lowered amount is what would be charged against your credit card. Please consider taking a look at my Collections (although I am only halfway through cataloguing my listed books). You'll find a great many Signed books (as of today 794 of the 2033 current listings). Over the years I've made a point of buying signed books. I've also titled one collection 'Creme de la creme', which contains books that are more expensive for various reasons. Eventually there will be 100 collections in different areas. I hope you find something of interest. Thank you.
